Tender description

This notice is to advise that Kingdom Initiatives intends to contract with Quale Homes. The Contract is expected to commence 2018/19 and complete during 2019/20. Kingdom Initiatives, working in partnership with Fife Council, is in the process of delivering new affordable housing throughout Fife and these new properties form part of that delivery programme. The site is owned by the developer and therefore a requirement of the sale is that the design and build contract is awarded to Quale Homes. The contract can only be awarded to this particular operator and therefore Kingdom Initiatives is using the negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice.
