Heritage Asset Valuations for Historic England - AWARD

Tender description

Provision of a Heritage Asset valuation service for the National Heritage Collection Historic England will identify the sites that require a valuation in January of each year and all heritage asset valuations will need to be performed as at 31 March (Historic England's financial year end). The heritage asset valuations will be included in the financial statements, draft valuation figures must be provided in April and the final valuation report will need to be submitted by 1st May. The heritage asset valuations need to be performed by RICS qualified Chartered Surveyors, in line with the \"Red Book\" principles.
