Tender description

Leicester City Council working with the Leicester Probation Service and Community Rehabilitation Company (CRC) invites Tenders for the provision of Housing Related Support for Offenders. The Contract will be divided into 2 lots: 1. Accommodation-based housing related support (10-14 units) higher support 2. Accommodation-based housing related support (at least 8 units per contract) lower support – 2 contracts to be awarded The proposed Contract will be for 3 years with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further 2 years. We anticipate awarding to one Supplier for Lot 1 and 2 Contracts to either the same or different Suppliers for Lot 2. Accommodation-based housing related support (10-14 units) higher support Lot 1: It is the intention of the Authority to award to a single supplier. Accommodation-based housing related support (at least 8 units per contract) lower support – 2 contracts to be awarded. Lot 2: It is the intention of the Authority to award two separate contracts under Lot 2. If you are capable of providing both contracts for Lot 2, you should submit two tenders which will be considered separately. The top two ranking Tenders for Lot 2 will both be awarded Contracts. The Authority does not intend to award the entirety of Lot 2 to a single supplier and will only do so in the event that only one tenderer is capable of providing the services adequately, and that same tenderer has confirmed they are capable of providing both contracts.
