Lot 1 – Health Improvement Service To provide an integrated health improvement and wellbeing service for the population of Wigan (including core stop smoking support), specialist stop smoking service. Lot 2 – NHS Health Checks To provide the NHS Health Check Programme, which is to assess the risk for everyone (without existing vascular diseases) between ages of 40 to 74.
