Tender description

Provision of liabilities and miscellaneous insurance covers for the Council. — liability insurance and claims handling, including — public and products liability, — libel and slander, — officials indemnity, — pollution legal liability, — premises environmental liability, — employers liability, — professional negligence. Indemnity in respect of legal liability to pay damages and claimants costs and expenses as a result of any bodily injury caused by actual or alleged malpractice by the insured in the conduct of the authority’s business. Fraudulent or Dishonest Acts by employees or third parties that result in loss of money or property belonging to the Authority third party computer and funds transfer fraud. Computer Insurance Loss or damage to property insured caused by accident, fire, lightning, explosion, aircraft, earthquake, storm, tempest, flood, burst pipes, impact, malicious damage, breakdown, denial of access, failure of electricity supply, failure of electricity supply in distribution wiring, failure of telecommunications or erasure.
