East Sussex County Council (ESCC), on behalf of itself, Surrey County Council (SCC) and Brighton & Hove City Council (BHCC), is seeking applications from suitably qualified and interested organisations to provide range of facilities management services. The services required are as follows: a) Grounds Maintenance (not BHCC) b) Arboriculture Services (not BHCC) c) Cleaning – Building and Washrooms d) Cleaning – Windows e) Pest Control (not BHCC) f) Waste Collection (not BHCC) g) Waste Collection – Confidential (not BHCC) h) Security – Manned and Patrol i) CCTV & Access Control Orbis is a public sector partnership between Surrey County Council (SCC), East Sussex County Council(ESCC), and Brighton & Hove City Council (BHCC). The business services functions of Orbis provide a range of professional, advisory, transactional and operational services including Property, which support residents, elected councillors, and public-facing services. Annual Contract Value (Low End) = 750 000 GBP Annual Contract Value (High End) = 1 100 000 GBP The High End Values are given as a guide only to allow for additional schools and customers who do not access the current arrangements but who may be offered the opportunity when these arrangements are in place. Where BHCC are included as a potential contracting authority under the Lot the annual value has been included in the High End Value.
