Tender description

Rochdale Council are currently seeking expressions of interest to run the events on behalf of the Council to include full events management i.e. First aid / lost children, fencing, construction of the bonfire, stewarding during construction and on the evening of the bonfire, own management, organisation and security at each event, and provision / organisation of the Fairgrounds and concessions and liaison with Pains fireworks. Rochdale Council currently operates three communal bonfires across the Borough in Rochdale (Cronkeyshaw Common), Heywood (Opposite Queens Park) and Middelton (Bowlee Events Area) – maps supplied to show each site. The events are well attended with approximately 2000 – 3000 visitors per event. Keywords: Event Management
