Conference UCC is requesting tenders for a software solution for event management and professional conference organisation. The software solution must at a minimum include functionality for Conference Registration & Event Management along with an Abstract Management System. Conference UCC provides full and partial conference services to internal and external clients including conference planning, registration management, budgeting, stakeholder and sponsorship management, room booking, catering, marketing and onsite event coordination. The ambition for Conference UCC is to offer professional, innovative event management and advisory services in a globally ranked research university campus.
