Reporting to the engineering services manager, the selected Contractor will provide a general electrical maintenance service for University property in accordance with the schedule of accommodation below. The service will include the maintenance of electrical plant, equipment and services, as directed by the Buildings and Estates Department. The building maintenance and mechanical maintenance services will be carried out by other Contractors. However, it will be necessary to carry out works in conjunction and liaison with these other Contractors, on a continuous basis, as part of the daily maintenance programme and especially for minor works involving alterations to buildings.
