Transport for London (TFL) is notifying companies of the Electrical Consumables tender opportunity which is made up of 2 Multi Vendor Frameworks Lots Lot 1-Supply of ‘off the Shelf’ electrical consumable goods through the use of a suppliers own e-Catalogue (Project reference DN369116) Lot 2-The Supply of Specific Ad-Hoc Electrical Consumable goods with the following criteria's; Electrical Goods which are not available to procure through an electrical e-Catalogue, ‘One off’ electrical requirements for a specific application, ‘One off’ electrical Goods which require new product development from design to prototype delivery, Specialist, Obsolete and Original Equipment Manufactured (OEM) replacement electrical Goods not generally available on the e-catalogue as well as some existing TFL stock items (Project reference DN369131) TFL is seeking to Award a Multi Vendor Framework Agreement to organisations who have the ability to provide a bespoke e-Catalogue solution for the supply ‘off the Shelf’ electrical consumable goods, with the view not only to fulfil daily purchase orders across multiple TFL sites but also to compete on an ad-hoc basis for catalogue items which may be required in bulk. TFL’s intention is to award Framework contracts to 1-3 Suppliers who are able supply goods through their own e-Catalogue in the following categories: Air Conditioning & Climate Control Units, Audio & Video Connectors. Electrical parts relating to Ballast, Batteries & Battery Accessories, Cable Accessories; Ties & Tools, Cable Conduit, Trunking & Routing, Cabling, Circuit Breakers (MCBs, RCD’s), Connectors, Control Switches & Accessories, Electric Motors, Electrical Installation Accessories, Industrial / Commercial Fans and Heaters, Florescent Lamps & Tubes, Fuses, Fuse Tools & Fuse Holders, Halogen Lamps, Indicator & Indicator Components, LED Lamps, Light Fittings & Luminaires including Emergency Lighting, Lighting Components & Accessories, Power Connectors, Power Supplies & Transformers, Pressure Gauges, Relay, Socket Switch, Solenoids, Test & Measurement Equipment, Torches & Hand lamps. Quality Management, 24-hour delivery and discount off of supplier’s own list price will be some of the key elements in relation to the evaluation criteria and subsequent Contract award. TFL is seeking to award Multi Vendor Framework Agreement to organisations who have the ability to supply ad-hoc electrical consumable goods; these goods are electrical Goods which are not available to procure through an electrical e-Catalogue (Non-Catalogue electrical Goods), ‘One off’ electrical requirements for a specific application, ‘One off’ electrical Goods which require new product development from design to prototype delivery, Specialist electrical Goods not generally available on the e-catalogue due to low usage profile, Obsolete electrical Goods not generally available on the e-catalogue, Original Equipment Manufactured (OEM) replacement electrical Goods not generally available on the e-catalogue as well as some existing TFL stock items. The tender documentation will contain a data pack in order to provide Bidders with a guide to the nature and variety of goods which have previously been procured by TFL however; Bidders are to note that this list is not a commitment of TFL's future requirements. TFL’s intention is to award Framework Agreements to 2-5 Suppliers; Quality Management systems, the ability to source obsolete items, sound and evidenced supply chain management and financial mark up proposals will be some of the key elements in relation to the evaluation criteria and subsequent Contract award
