Southern Water are looking to enter in to a contract with a provider of employee engagement services. These services will comprise: — employee surveys — associated analytics — training and associated services It is expected a maximum of 3 surveys will be conducted during each 12-month period with associated services to be performed in the interim time periods. We are looking to obtain clear understanding of the methodologies available to promote employee engagement and how best to interpret outputs in order to help drive improvements aligned to the business priorities and vision. Understanding that any chosen methodology needs time to embed and show improvements, we will be looking to have a 3-year contract with the option to extend out to a maximum of 6-years.
