North of England Commissioning Support is working for and on behalf of NHS England (North) Yorkshire & the Humber (the Contracting Authority) and managed this procurement process. The tender opportunity was for the provision of Urgent Dental Treatment Services. The contract term is for an initial period of 5 years commencing 1.4.2019 with an option to extend for a further 24 months, subject to satisfactory contractual and financial performance and at the discretion of the Contracting Authority. The Lots for the contract are: Lot 1 Humber Coast & Vale (to include Hambleton Richmondshire and Whitby CCG) Lot 2 South Yorkshire & Bassetlaw Lot 3 West Yorkshire & Harrogate NECS utilised an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement & communicate with potential bidders. Accordingly, there were no hard copy documents issued to potential bidders & all communications with NECS, including your submission, were conducted via the PROACTIS portal https://www.proactisplaza.com/SupplierPortal/?CID=NECS It was free to register on the portal, & it could be accessed at any time of day providing a working internet connection was available. Should bidders have had any queries, or had any problems registering on the portal; they would have contacted the Proactis helpdesk via: Suppliersupport@proactis.com or http://proactis.kayako.com/suppliernetwork/Core/Default/Index The helpdesk is open Monday – Friday between 9:00–17:30 Tender documentation was available on the e-tendering site from 27.9.2018.
