The operation of Winchester City Council's CCTV surveillance through selected areas of Winchester City Centre and the Winchester district including the City Centre’s Car Parks, the High Street and other selected areas 24 hours a day every day of the year including all public holidays. Winchester City Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified Contractors (“Tenderers”) for the operation of its CCTV surveillance through selected areas of Winchester City Centre and the Winchester district including the City Centre’s Car Parks, the High Street and other selected areas 24 hours a day every day of the year including all public holidays. The Services to be included in the Contract are as described in the Specification and Code of Practice included within the tender documents (“the Services”)
