Tender description

Central Bedfordshire Council wish to invite tenders for the design, supply and construction of a new Cattle Building. The Contractor is to include in their tender for all design, construction, work and materials to hand over the finished project in accordance with the Employers requirements. The design, shall comply with all British standards and approved Codes of Practice current at the base date. Completed Tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via our "In-tend" electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your Tender must be submitted via the In-Tend system by no later than 12:00 noon on Friday, 8th February 2019. Tenders received after that time will be excluded. Help and Support - The Council will provide as much support and information as it can in order to help guide you through the Tender process. Questions asked together with the Council's response will be made available to all tenderers to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. If there is anything you are not sure of or need clarification on, please contact us using the Correspondence facility on the In-tend portal. Last date for receiving questions on the In-Tend system is 12 noon on Monday, 4th February 2019. Contract Start date: Anticipated 4th March 2019 Contract term: 10 - 12 weeks.
