Audio Conferencing Services for EirGrid

Tender description

The nature of EirGrid’s core business creates audio conference needs that are significantly more onerous than a typical enterprise of EirGrid’s size. EirGrid implement and lead a number of projects which include international consultants, subject matter experts and contractors and so makes extensive use of international audio conferencing services. EirGrid require the following as a minimum: • Global capability with LoCall, Freefone and national numbers; • Ability to support at least 300 different conference facilities and at least 100 users per conference; • Ability to support conferencing from a wide range of phone types; • Each Facility must have a designated owner, as described in the Scope of Requirements; • Simple to follow procedures for organisers and participants; and • A single service owner. Key areas to include:- • Contact Centre; • Comprehensive Account Management services; • Specific tariff packages for audio conferencing, tailored to meet EirGrid’s needs; and • Future developments, as mentioned in the Scope of Requirements. EirGrid intends to establish a single supplier framework for the provision of Audio Conferencing services. The framework agreements will be for an initial duration of one year with the option to extend for an additional 2 years, subject always to the satisfactory performance of the supplier.
