Tender description

• The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for the provision to provide viable design and procurement options, along with budget costs, for the refurbishment works that are achievable both within the available budget of £614k (inc. fees) and the available Art Gallery time slot of 04th February 2019 to 28th April 2019. • To provide all information necessary for the Barbican Projects Department to take forward the recommendations, to seek funding to take the project to the next stage, via the City of London (COL) Committee system. Please see Appendix 2 for a diagram of the COL project approval process. The City has identified that the scope of this procurement falls within a business sector which may be attractive to infiltration by organised crime groups. The City therefore reserves the right to include enhanced probity checks / requirements at both the selection and award stages of the procurement. This may include, but not be limited to, verification that a supplier, or any person with powers of representation, decision or control therein, has not infringed the mandatory grounds for exclusion set out in Regulation 57 (1) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
