Advanced Methodology, Policy and Process Development for De Montfort University

Quotations are invited for an audit of the methodology and implementation of the university's Advancement strategy and to complete a review and refresh of Advancement Policy, Process and Procedures for De Montfort University, Leicester. Following recent investment in additional advancement resource, De Montfort University intend to develop a new methodology to Advancement services and complete a Review and Refresh of Advancement Policy, Process, and Procedures. The Advancement methodology will require a clear alignment to the DMU's Strategic Framework which is in the process of being refreshed for the period 2018 - 2023. A number of advancement policies and documented processes currently exist but these require a structured review, some level of rationalisation, and redevelopment in line with new processes introduced in the spring of 2018 through implementation of GDPR and PECR compliance.
