This Prior Information Notice (PIN) solely relates to early market engagement. The purpose of this market engagement is to seek market feedback in relation to a potential forthcoming procurement. The purpose of the Service is to provide a wraparound support offer to Patient and Public Participation (PPP) Representatives recruit, train and support PPP Representatives to carry out their representative role within Health and Justice commissioned services in London. Suppliers are invited to respond to a Request for Information (RFI) questionnaire and attend a supplier engagement event which will set out further details of the required services on Tuesday 29.1.2019. The purpose of the Service is to provide a wraparound support offer to Patient and Public Participation (PPP) Representatives recruit, train and support PPP Representatives to carry out their representative role within Health and Justice commissioned services in London. The service will achieve this system by providing a range of support services including: — administration support to PPP representatives, — financial management and oversight of PPP activity, — recruitment and selection of current and former users of health services within a justice setting to become PPP representatives, — training and development of PPP representatives, — pastoral supervision of PPP representatives, — ensuring the safe operation of PPP activity, — maintaining independence of PPP activity from commissioners and providers. NHS England is holding a supplier engagement event between 10 am and 2 pm on Tuesday 29.1.2019 in London. The purpose of the event is to engage with the suppliers that are interested in, and capable of, delivering the future services. Interested parties can register for the event via Bravo at https://nhsengland.bravosolutions.co.uk/web/login.html. When in Bravo search the title “PQQ_60 — RFI London Health and Justice — Facilitation of Patient and Public”. Please note although named a PQQ, this is not a PQQ but an RFI. Registration can be done by sending a clarification via the messaging portal on Bravo. The following information will be required: — organisation name, — attendees (max 2 per organisation), — contact details. The RFI is available on the portal also for completion and is to be returned as an attachment via the messaging portal on Bravo. An agenda and supporting information for the event will be issued upon registration. This will also be made available to those unable to attend. NHS England would like interested suppliers to complete an RFI and return to NHS England by Monday 21.1.2019.
