Delivery of DCC’s repair and maintenance programme for its water distribution network, the installation and repair of network distribution and customer meters, pipeline rehabilitation including cleansing, repair and or replacement, new lay and mains diversion services for the DCC water network and to undertake as requested value added services for DCC’s non household customers. Services and works under NEC arrangements will be limited to pipes of less than 500 mm or 16 bar in pressure and schemes of low to medium engineering complexity.
