Tender description
12 Wexford County Council properties at College View, Wexford, Co.Wexford to undergo various energy retrofit measures. These measures include the Installation of some or all of the following energy improvement works as per pricing document; - External insulation; - Attic insulation; - Associated ventilation measures - Lagging to pipes and water storage tanks in the attic, - Attic hatch construction and insulation. - Boiler upgrades and controls - Mechanical Ventilation system - DCV - Powerflush with Magnetic Filtration System - Windows & Doors - Airtightness Upgrade - LED Lights - Electricty Energy Monitor - Solar PV Particular attention will need to be given to thermal bridges when installing the windows, doors and all insulation upgrades.
