Tender description

The design of a national stores and logistics structure for Water and Wastewater services. Design of the following: 1) A national warehousing/stores structure for the provision of all materials to support the water and wastewater operation; 2) The national logistics structure servicing stores and staff with materials; 3) The organization structure to provide the stores and logistics service; 4) The process hierarchy for the stores and logistics structures, materials management and financial controls; 5) The IT systems design to provide inventory management and warehousing technology services — to include Maximo and Oracle Financials.
