Tender description

Merseytravel requires a managed bureau service to encode, produce and distribute approximately 145 000 ITSO smartcard concessionary travel passes annually, for a 4-year period (with an optional 2 year extension) commencing in June 2019. Required services include: — encoding, producing and distributing ITSO customer media devices, — a flexible agreement for the supply of ITSO certified blank white DESFire cards, — secure data transfer in compliance with GDPR 2018 and UK Data Protection Law, — printing and distribution of personalised covering letters and information leaflets, and — stock management and control of all components of the contract including card media including issuing of ISRN numbers.
