SLH18-CC77 Supply of Kitchen Units

Tender description

St Leger Homes of Doncaster have a requirement for a contract to be in place with a supplier for the supply of kitchens including adapted kitchens. The requirements include fully assembled kitchens unit carcasses, doors, drawer fronts, handles, hinges, plinths and corner posts, worktops, and trims. The supplier shall supply sinks, sink waste kits and traps if in the event that the contracted supplier cannot supply. The supplier shall provide a delivery service, either to St Leger Homes stores, or direct to individual properties. The supplier shall provide the option of a next day delivery service. The supplier will be required to undertake surveys on properties to design the kitchens. Properties may be either tenanted or empty homes (voids). The contract is for 1 year with further options to extend of 3 periods of up to 12 months each. This contract has been awarded via the Efficiency East Midlands Framework Reference EMC0014 - Kitchen Unit Supply.
