Tender description
This procurement competition relates to delivering a new website for hiqa.ie. This involves creating a new Information Architecture, design and upgrading the hiqa.ie website to be a fully responsive Drupal 8 HTML5 site (the website is currently in Drupal 6). The site and user experience must be rigorously tested against best practice standards throughout the project lifecycle. A support contract may be put in place for post launch Drupal support. Hosting and content for the site will be provided
