The primary requirement of the service is for the service provider to safely collect leachate effluent from the closed landfill sites and transport the same to their authorised waste disposal points for disposal. The service was offered for tendering under 6 separate lots. The service was offered for tendering under 6 separate lots. The Service will be required for an initial service term starting from 1.2.2019 and ending on 31.3.2022. Subject to mutual agreement, the provision of the Service can be extended by a period or periods totalling a maximum of further 24 months beyond the initial service term.
