Tender description
The University of Leeds is conducting a competitive procurement under the restricted process applicable under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (“PCR 2015”) to appoint a number of professional consultants to a professional services consultancy Framework Agreement for construction related services. The professional services are required in relation to the University's capital investment programme for works on projects with a value of up to 2 000 000 GBP. The scope of services which the consultant shall undertake are all Core services contained within the quantity surveying services published by the RICS and applicable to their discipline in order to fulfil the University's requirements, which were outlined in the Information memorandum and tender documents.
