IÉ is seeking to engage external support for management and support services to administer the TMS NEC 3 Option C target cost contract. While the consultancy will provide project support services necessary to deliver this requirement. It is envisaged that the team will require expertise in the following disciplines: — project management of the NEC3 Option C target cost contract, — programme management and planning scheduling, — contract/commercial management/quantity surveying, — change control management, — project accounts, budgeting and cost control, — risk management, — design management and co-ordination, — collaborative working relationship facilitator, — admin staff — document control.
