Tender description

An opportunity has been identified to promote part of the Council’s holdings as part of a Strategic Development Area which is integral to a wider strategic growth initiative that is being promoted with a view to delivering significant infrastructure, housing and employment opportunities in the area. Currently the site, which is largely situated in Blaby District has not allocated within the current local plan but has the potential of being promoted as a potential allocation within the next review of the Local Plan which is due to commence in 2019.
