Invite to Leisure Operators: Meet the Design Team Event: West Wickham Leisure and Library Development

The London Borough of Bromley ("the Council") have engaged a design team to give consideration to a new integrated leisure and library facility in West Wickham. The Council would like to give potential leisure operators the opportunity to meet the design team from Pick Everard, and comment on the proposed facility, prior to public engagement. The team will be available to meet providers on: Tuesday 18 December 2018 10-5 Tuesday 8 January 2019 10-5 Leisure operators can book an hour slot with the design team by contacting Nina.Terry@bromley.gov.uk with their preferred date and time Providers are asked to read the FAQ (please see the attached document) before booking a slot at this event. The anchor leisure operator for the service is likely to be subject to competitive tender in the future, therefore, please note this is a confidential meeting, and this is prior to public engagement, so at this point all discussions are strictly confidential.
