Adult social care case management system. Milton Keynes Council’s Adult Social Care is seeking to procure and implement a fit-for — purpose, case management workflow, integrated social care information system to meet the rapidly changing requirements introduced by way of legislation and guidance, government agency and the fluctuation of central government funding, in a cost-effective way. The system will help in delivering the vision for adult social care to improve customer experience by placing vulnerable people at the centre of their care and support. The system will help unlock cost efficiencies by supporting streamlined operations, multi-agency working and mobile working.
