Tender description

As you are aware there are some pressures in the system around the provision of care and support to support people to remain independent and living in their own homes. We have a really good track record in North Tyneside of delivering on this and this is all down to the work we are collectively doing to ensure care packages are being picked up. Notwithstanding this, we are experiencing some unprecedented issues and I wanted to take the opportunity to meet with you to talk through this so we have a collective understanding and can start to identify solutions. It would also be useful to have a frank conversation about some of the messages in the system (on both sides) and make sure we have an agreed understanding of these. You are therefore invited to attend a meeting next Thursday 13th December 12.30pm to 2.00pm (Linskill Centre, North Shields – see below **). It is really important there is some senior representation at the meeting so that where change is identified, this can be agreed and implemented with a quick turnaround.
