Holiday Activity Programme Easter and Summer 2019-2021

Tender description

The London Borough of Waltham Forest is seeking to appoint multiple providers who can deliver good quality, safe, efficient and enjoyable activities to children and young people during the Easter and Summer school holidays. These Holiday Activities are for children who live or go to school in Waltham Forest. The services procured under this contract fall under the 'Light Touch Regime' (within scope of which the holiday activities fall). This contract will utilise the flexibilities provided by the 'Light Touch Regime', as prescribed by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("the Regulations") and in accordance with the Authority's Contract Procedure Rules. The duration of the contract will be for 24 months.
