The service is for Care Home with Nursing for Service Users with Complex Dementia Presentations. The facility will offer 18-22 beds and the contract is for a period of 5 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years. The service is commissioned to deliver innovative, high quality, outcomes focussed, personalised care in an environment and culture that allows interventions to be delivered in the least restrictive way. Partnership working across the health and social care sector and a workforce that has the skills and understanding of those with complex and challenging needs will also be key to a quality service.
