For the Provision of Tenancy Management agent

Tender description

The scope of the Contract will cover the full range of housing management functions including entering into tenancy agreements, collecting any rent due, carrying out day to day repairs and enforcing the terms of the tenancy agreement. It will also include managing the property during any void periods and carrying out any repair or improvement work that may be necessary before the property can be made available for letting in accordance with any instruction by Oldham Council.
