BIM are currently undertaking a CRM project requiring Microsoft licensing for Microsoft Dynamics 365. As part of this project BIM will transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for financial reporting and procurement workflow management. Currently BIM uses proprietary SQL based software for its financial reporting, and an associated workflow portal for its procurement management processes. The current financial reporting system has been in place for over 15 years. BIM are focused on ensuring that the transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for its financial reporting and procurement workflows is completed within the 2018 calendar year; tenderers must be aware of this timeframe when responding. Adequate supports will be put in place to ensure a successful tenderer will have the required resources, and access, in order to achieve this objective.
