Halton Borough Council is seeking quotes for a variety of Insurance services. The insurance services being tender are: — combined liability, — medical malpractice, — statutory inspection and engineering insurance, — personal accident and business travel, — fidelity guarantee/crime, — cyber liability. Combined Liability - Employers, Public/Products, Libel & Slander, Officials Indemnity, Land Charges, Public Health and Professional Indemnity. Medical Malpractice - In Legal Liability of the Council for any bodily injury, mental injury, illness, disease or death of any patient caused by actual or alleged malpractice by the insured in the conduct of the business Statutory Inspection - policy provides for inspection of plant and Engineering Insurance - cover for sudden/unforeseen damage and cost of replacing undamaged non-compatible parts Fidelity Guarantee/Crime - Indemnity to the Council against any loss sustained by the Council as direct result of any act of fraud or dishonesty by an Employee Cyber Liability - Privacy Protection/ Privacy and Information Security Liability First party protection costs Regulatory defence costs Data Breach including response, forensic and crisis management services Business Interruption Hacker Damage Extortion Personal Accident - Accidental bodily injury to insured persons resulting in death or disablement within 24 months from the date of accident, Accidental Death nor bodily injury sustained by the insured person(s) during operative time. Travel Section - Providing compensation in respect of the following sustained by the insured person(s) occurring within the operative time and geographical limits:- * Medical expenses - all reasonable medical treatment prescribed by a qualified medical practitioner * Loss of/or damage to any personal property * Loss of Money (as defined in the policy) * Cancellation and Curtailment * Passport Indemnity (total sum insured) * Legal Expenses
