Tender description

The provision of an upgrade and extension of the SPON (Stoke Private Optical Network) on behalf of Stoke-on-Trent City Council. The Contract will provide the upgrade and extension of the SPON and the set-up of an Open Access ecosystem (subject to funding) for the provision of Gigabit enabled services. Given the need for the tender to be managed and coordinated in a robust manner and to ensure that all of the deliverables are met in accordance with the specification, the City Council feels this is best achieved through the appointment of a SINGLE provider, hence this tender has not been divided into lots and is only available for Stoke-on-Trent City Council to use.
