Plymouth City Council (PCC) and Northern, Eastern and Western (NEW) Devon Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are seeking expression of interests from organisations who would be interested in providing a Complex Care service for Adults, a standard Domiciliary Care Service for Adults and an Enabling Support Service for Children.
