Tender description

The contract will comprise of 2 lots. The contract covers the following; — Lot 1: The design, manufacture, testing and delivery of outdoor single phase and three phase pole mounted transformers in the range 16 kVA to 500 kVA for continuous service at 50 Hz to NIE Networks Ballymena and Craigavon locations. These transformers shall be suitable for use on NIE distribution network with highest equipment voltage of 7,2 kV, 12 kV or 36 kV, — Lot 2: The manufacture, testing and delivery of three phase double wound ground mounted distribution transformers in the range 315 kVA to 1 250 kVA to NIE Networks Ballymena and Craigavon locations. The transformers shall be oil-immersed, naturally cooled (type ONAN) and suitable in all respects for indoor or outdoor service at highest equipment voltage of 7,2 kV, 12 kV or 36 kV. Lot 1 Pole Mounted Transformers. Lot 2 Ground Mount Transformers.
