Early market engagement exercise - Data enrichment

This is a market engagement exercise and is not a tender exercise. HM Land Registry would like expressions of interest from market operators that can supply information about individuals and organisations. Against a sample of data which includes the name of an individual or organisation and an address, we require a capability to do the following: 1) Be able to uniquely identify each person and organisation. 2) The ability to enrich the data shared with additional attributes eg date of birth or date of incorporation. Clearly stating what attributes you can provide. 3) Provides security features appropriate to holding personal sensitive data. HM Land Registry will use the output of this pre-market engagement activity to determine the next stages and inform a potential procurement exercise.
