Tender description

Contract Amendment No 2 - This amendment relates to (a) an increase in demand led technical assistance requiring an increase in the Financial Limit by £2,199,508 (b) the application of revised DFID Terms and Conditions and (c) the inclusion of supplementary commercial proformas in support of the amendment. This amendment also allows Other (non-DFID) Government Departments (OGDs) spending ODA on relevant infrastructure and cities initiatives to access the expertise of the ICED Facility.
