Carlisle City Council, on behalf of the Cumbria and Lancaster Housing Partnership, is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced organisation with the expertise to run a Community-Led Housing Hub, across the Districts of Allerdale; Carlisle; Copeland; Eden; South Lakeland; and Lancaster.
