C18048 Ablutions and Breathing Apparatus Servicing Area Refurbishment Works

Kent and Medway Towns Fire Authority (The Authority) is seeking a contractor to undertake a programme of Ablutions and Breathing Apparatus Servicing Room Refurbishment Works at its sites across the county of Kent, over a 48 month term, under the Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) Measured Term Contract 2016, in association with its own General Conditions and Preliminaries, Contract and Project Particulars. Sites may be called off as and when by the Contract Administrator, but an initial programme is to be called off at its Folkestone, Whitstable, Westgate and Hoo Fire Stations. These works consist of stripping out, plastering, 1st and 2nd fix joinery, decoration and mechanical services. The Contractor shall allow to liaise for the electrical works on each site. The intention is for such works to be completed by the Authority’s designated electrical works contractor. Keywords: Refurbishment, Ablutions
