Tender description

M&Y Maintenance and Construction, a wholly owned commercial subsidiary of Regenda Ltd, wish to establish a DPS for provision of sub-contractors to assist with the delivery of the services provided by M&Y including repairs, maintenance, refurbishment and construction. The DPS has been sub-divided into 72 categories; sub-contractors can apply for one or more categories. It is intended that the DPS will run for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years. Works will be required, predominantly, for individual or communal residential sites, but may also include individual, communal, commercial/industrial sites, sites of historical nature, or new building sites. All applicants who meet the standard selection criteria will be admitted to the DPS. There will be no minimum or maximum number of applicants qualifying per category. All contracts awarded via the DPS will be via a competitive tender procedure with qualified DPS contractors. Access and security control systems for housing maintenance and construction works to include but not limited to barriers, gates, door entry and CCTV, supply of security doors, installation, servicing and maintenance plus provision of locksmith services. Supply and fit of blinds and other window coverings for example curtains for housing maintenance and construction works across both domestic and commercial properties. May include provision of design services. Bulk excavation, removal and disposal to support cut and fill to site levels across construction sites. May include provision of design services. Ceilings and partitions for housing maintenance and construction works to include but not limited to grid systems, suspended ceilings, timber partitions, metal partition systems and SFS across both domestic and commercial properties.
