Tender description

The University is establishing a significant and bespoke media broadcast and sound technology facility in an entirely new building of around 5 000 m2 on its Talbot Campus in Bournemouth to provide industry standard TV and sound facilities for its faculties of media and communication and science and technology. The requirements of this procurement is to supply the TV and sound equipment for the facility as detailed in the specification. The specification in Schedule 3 provides a full brief of services for the requirements. The specification should be read in detail before bidders begin to respond to this invitation. Lot 1 — Lighting Lot 2 — Vision and audio mixers/audio monitoring. Lot 3 — Studio ingest playout graphics. Lot 4 — Intercom system. Lot 5 — Server systems/software. Lot 6 — Musical instruments. Lot 7 — Video equipment. Lot 8 — Audio equipment. Lot 9 — Digital glue.
