Tender description

The purpose of this PIN is to establish if there are any suppliers who offer a designated web based portal offering employee discount schemes as part of an employee benefit. Hampshire County Council is seeking to identify potential suppliers who are able to provide employee benefits which do not form any association with salary sacrifice schemes. Offering employees to save money with discounts on a selection of goods and services — IE: hotels/car hire/holidays/clothing retailers/gardening/entertainment/travel/health. There is to be no value attached to this procurement as Hampshire County Council will not be contributing or subsidising any employee benefit scheme. The cost to Hampshire County Council will be nil. The employee benefit scheme is to be a web based portal were employees access discounts for various services. There is to be no cost to Hampshre County Council.
