Tender description

This framework is for the provision of professional technical services to West Lothian Council from November 2018. The framework is broken into 13 lots including architectural consultancy, various engineering consultancies and specialist services. The lots are divided by different services which will be required to supplement in-house services. It is intended that the Framework will be in place for 3 years with the option to extend up to 12 months up to a maximum of 4 years. Award for accredited conservation architect to assist when dealing with historic buildings. Award for architectural resources to supplement inhouse resources. Award for architectural resources to supplement in-house resources Award for architectural resources to supplement in-house resources Award for company to carry out Topographical surveys of sites for use by design teams Award for quantity surveying services to supplement in-house resources. Award for building surveyors to supplement in-house resources Award of Consultant to provide comprehensive and timely advice for West Lothian Council, as Landlord or Tenant, on the most appropriate course of action to be taken on a dilapidation liability. The Consultant shall undertake and manage negotiations and any subsequent works. Award to provide CDM advice or Principal Designer role to in-house teams. Award of mechanical and electrical engineering consultancy required to aid in-house and external design teams. Award of Civil/Structural engineering services to advise in-house and external design teams on Construction projects Award of clerk of works services to assist design teams in monitoring on site performance of contractors. Award of fire engineering consultancy to advise in-house and external design teams.
