Tender description

Clarion HG wishes to appoint suppliers within each of our operating regions to provide consultancy services to support the work of our development teams. Services include architecture, building services/MEP engineering, building surveying, clerk of works/site supervision, cost consultancy, employer’s agency, health and safety, landscape architecture, party wall surveying, planning, principal designer, specialist building services – topography, ecology, fire engineering, highways, project management, quantity surveying, structural engineering, valuation services. Clarion wish to appoint a panel of suppliers within our Central Region to provide consultancy services. The services provided by the Central Panel must offer full regional coverage from Birmingham down to Didcot via Oxford, be responsive to our business needs and provide excellent value for money. Partners will need to have the capacity to take on increased volumes of work as our development programme grows. Each region is expected to deliver 350 to 1,000 homes per annum through private and public land led opportunities, regeneration of our existing estate, an affordable grant programme and PRS opportunities. We are seeking to deliver new homes of all tenure on our own and through partnerships and joint ventures. Clarion wish to appoint a panel of suppliers within our East Region to provide consultancy services. The services provided by the East Panel must offer full regional coverage of Cambridge, Northants, Norwich and Broadland, be responsive to our business needs and provide excellent value for money. Partners will need to have the capacity to take on increased volumes of work as our development programme grows. Each region is expected to deliver 350 to 1 000 homes per annum through private and public land led opportunities, regeneration of our existing estate, an affordable grant programme and PRS opportunities. We are seeking to deliver new homes of all tenure on our own and through partnerships and joint ventures. Clarion wish to appoint a panel of suppliers within our London Region to provide consultancy services. The services provided by the London Panel must offer full regional coverage, be responsive to our business needs and provide excellent value for money. Partners will need to have the capacity to take on increased volumes of work as our development programme grows. Each region is expected to deliver 350 to 1 000 homes per annum through private and public land led opportunities, regeneration of our existing estate, an affordable grant programme and PRS opportunities. We are seeking to deliver new homes of all tenure on our own and through partnerships and joint ventures. Clarion wish to appoint a panel of suppliers within our North Region to provide consultancy services. The services provided by the North Panel must offer full regional coverage of Gt Manchester and Cheshire, be responsive to our business needs and provide excellent value for money. Partners will need to have the capacity to take on increased volumes of work as our development programme grows. Each region is expected to deliver 350 to 1 000 homes per annum through private and public land led opportunities, regeneration of our existing estate, an affordable grant programme and PRS opportunities. We are seeking to deliver new homes of all tenure on our own and through partnerships and joint ventures. Clarion wish to appoint a panel of suppliers within our South Region to provide consultancy services. The services provided by the South Panel must offer full regional coverage of Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Bristol and Plymouth, be responsive to our business needs and provide excellent value for money. Partners will need to have the capacity to take on increased volumes of work as our development programme grows. Each region is expected to deliver 350 to 1 000 homes per annum through private and public land led opportunities, regeneration of our existing estate, an affordable grant programme and PRS opportunities. We are seeking to deliver new homes of all tenure on our own and through partnerships and joint ventures.
