YCH Windows & Doors Supply Contract 2018

Tender description

This tender process comprises of a single lot, with a single economic operator to be awarded the proposed Agreement. YCH requires a single supplier for the provision of PVCu windows and composite doors on a delivered or collected basis. To minimise operative downtime when making collections, YCH requires windows and doors to be available for collection/delivery in the Scarborough area. Windows and doors must be supplied that meet, or exceed the provided YCH specification. The estimated value range of purchases through the proposed Agreement during the initial 12 month period is between £200,000 and £300,000 excluding VAT. The contract may be extended by a further 12 month period. Any estimate of expenditure is for information purposes only. Therefore, please note that there will be no form of exclusivity or volume that is guaranteed under the resultant Agreement. YCH will be entitled to enter into other contracts and arrangements with other suppliers for the provision of any, or all, of the requirements which are the same as, or similar to those specified under the established Agreement.
