Tender description
We invite you to join a supplier teleconference on the UK Prosperity Fund's South East Asia Low Carbon Energy Programme. The programme aims to create conditions for the development of a strong and steady low carbon energy in targeted countries, focusing on green finance and energy efficiency. This supports sector-specific Prosperity Fund work that are high impact, multi-year programmes across high opportunity ODA-eligible countries, regions and sectors - SE Asia included - in accordance with Official Development Assistance rules, the International Development Act (2002) and the Gender Equality Act (2014). The teleconference will take place on 27th November 2017 from 16:30H - 17:30H (GMT+8). This market engagement is aimed to provide further information on the Prosperity Fund, the SE Asia Low Carbon Energy Programme, its requirements, and timelines. The Head of SE Asia Prosperity Programmes, and the Head of SE Asia Regional Climate Change and Energy Network will be facilitating the call. This event will also provide you with the opportunity to raise any related questions around the requirement and the commercial process. Agenda is as follows: - Welcome and Introduction to the Prosperity Fund - SE Asia Low Carbon Energy Programme - Overview of Programme Design, Requirements, Procurement and Timeline - Q & A (Questions should be sent in advance, by 12:00H (GMT+8), 27 November 2017 to the Prosperity Fund mailbox.) Please confirm your attendance by sending a message to Prosperity.Fund@fco.gov.uk by 1200H (GMT+8), 24th November 2017. In responding please confirm the following information: - We are interested and our attendee will be (please provide name, designation and contact details). We wish to clarify the following: (please indicate clarifications/questions). - We are interested but are unable to attend. - We are not currently interested. Upon receiving the responses, relevant documents and dial-in details will be circulated. Minutes and documentations will likewise be made publicly available in GOV.UK.
